7. Accidents, Injuries, and Third-Party Harm

7.1 Driver Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or harm to third parties (including customers, pedestrians, or other drivers) that occur while using the Platform or performing deliveries.
  • You must maintain valid auto insurance meeting or exceeding state minimums, and list Get Blazy as an additional insured if required by law.

7.2 Get Blazy’s Limited Role

Get Blazy acts solely as a technology platform connecting drivers with delivery opportunities. We:

  • Do not employ drivers (you are an independent contractor);
  • Do not supervise or control your driving, vehicle maintenance, or interactions with third parties;
  • Are not liable for your conduct, negligence, or violations of traffic/safety laws.

7.3 Express Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Blazy LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates:

  • Disclaim all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
    • Vehicle accidents, collisions, or near-misses;
    • Personal injury (to you or others);
    • Property damage (to your vehicle, customer property, or third-party property);
    • Your failure to maintain adequate insurance or comply with laws.
  • Are not responsible for:
    • Road conditions, weather-related incidents, or acts of God;
    • Customer disputes or allegations of misconduct;
    • Your medical expenses or lost wages.

7.4 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Blazy from all claims, lawsuits, costs (including legal fees), and damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Any accident, injury, or harm caused by you or your vehicle.
